Abstract:
Mixue is a Dessert franchise that has been expanding in Indonesia since 2020. It was founded by
Zhang Hongchao in China in 2018 and has now entered several Asian countries. The growth in
sales and consumer base presents significant and high potential in the business world. In
Indonesia, Mixue has over 300 outlets. Apart from offering ice cream, Mixue provides a variety
of beverage options that attract enthusiastic customers of all ages, from children to adults. This
research aims to determine the accessibility distance of Mixue outlets to residential areas in East
Jakarta. The study utilizes the Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA) method and point buffering.
Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA) is an analytical technique used to identify the spatial
distribution pattern of locations, which can be clustered, random, or uniform. This method is also
employed to determine the distance consideration index, the number of distribution points, and
the study area's extent. The distribution pattern of Mixue locations is analyzed to understand how
location points are dispersed throughout the entire East Jakarta area. The assessment of location
proximity and accessibility utilizes buffering techniques. Buffering is employed to estimate the
distance between points and the surrounding area based on a specific distance. Buffering
techniques can determine the zoning of locations at designated points, allowing the estimation of
location accessibility in a given area based on the zoning coverage in that area.
